The site can be used in 2 modes: In Job Board Site Mode job seekers will be able to search jobs, create and upload multiple resumes, apply for jobs online. Employers will be able to create their company profile, post their vacancies and search resumes. In Employment Agency mode vacancies of your agency only will be published. Advertising campaign module will allow you to display any advertising on your site: banners, hyperlinks, contextual advertising from Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc. You will be able to adjust the settings of each advertising campaign. With Newsletter Module you will be able to send out newsletters and promotions to your site members; using Poll Module you will organize polls on your site.
