With Cursor Maker you can turn any screen images into your Windows
cursors and icons. Any Image can be captured, and you can then add
transparent areas using the editor. You then just drag and drop the new
image on to the cursor you wish to change. The change takes effect
immediately. Programmers will also find it useful for program
resources.
Special requirements: None.
