Updated version of the Base64 encoder decoder for DOS, Windows 3.1, and
compatible with Windows 95. Updates include removal of 386 Assembler
code from DOS programs, vastly improved Windows shell program, modified
PIF files and other cosmetic changes. Features already in the programs
include the ability to encode and decode split files automatically, a
Unix- to DOS-type text file converter, and much more.
