chmspecs.zip is a DOS program used for computing the speciation of
major ions in seawater. This speciation governs the chemical behavior
of other trace elements, such as iron or mercury. The freely available
concentrations of trace elements indicates the level of toxicity, and
pollution. The information may be useful for the water chemists,
environmental scientists and social planners. The program contains
an easy-to-use menu and option to save the default concentrations and
formation constants.
