A school's general ledger, a staff payroll, and a school's accounts
payable (Creditors) system make up the SW Money menu. It is
self-installing, has on-line documentation and a desk-top calculator,
word processor and calendar. SW Money is fully integrated with the
SchoolWrite school administration software. SW Ledger is easy-to-use
accounting for non-accountants, with a schools chart of accounts, quick
account inquiry, P & L and Balance Sheet, and tailored financial
reporting.

SW Payroll allows multiple cost centers, leave accrual, direct entry
electronic bank transfer, and provision for tax override for all
countries (Australian tax rates are included). Features include multiple
superannuation contributions, and on-screen preview of pay slips. SW
Creditors is an accounts payable system which allows the monitoring of
cash flow requirements for payment of all outstanding accounts. Checks
and/or remittances may be optionally printed, and their layouts are
easily adjusted to suit school stationery or letterhead. History of
creditors invoices and payments is kept for as long as required.
